Overlooking the estuary of the river Devon, Custom Design Practice’s propsal is to restore & extend the B-listed former Temperance Hotel to form 3 dwellings of varying sizes.
The proposals involve the demolition of the rear section of the property and to create a new extension to allow natural light to flood into the heart of the building. The works will involve extensive internal alterations, window replacement, stone repairs, cornice replacement and structural repairs.
