Balgary Square is a major urban regeneration housing project on an inner city brownfield site undertaken by Custom Design Practice.
The project involved a complex Planning process involving Glasgow City Council, Scotrail, and the local community.
The 400 dwellings include flats, townhouses and terraced dwellings, green public space and an area wide masterplan with associated masterplanning of roads and infrastructure.
