Westhills Cottage, a derelict stone farm building in the countryside near Dunsyre, has been renovated, re-modeled and rebuilt to form a 2 bedroom family home with an emphasis on maximising views out of the property and bringing light into the property. The materials selected- white render, green oak cladding, sandstone, composite metal windows and grey slate roof – give the building a crisp finish whilst highlighting the traditional materiality and construction methods of the original building.

As of March 2011 the property was receiving the final external finishes with a completion date due for May 2011
