The main concept behind the interior design and fit out of the apartments within the main Coodham House was to combine traditional living features with contemporary design and technology. From the Turkish marble floor within the main entrance hall right through to African oak panelled doors & skirtings every detail of the original character of the building has been considered.

Lighting, sound & television technology are subtly integrated within the traditional apartments.
