Comprising of four zones of new housing and the restoration of Coodham House itself, CDP have masterplanned Coodham Estate to create pockets of housing each with their own unique character and environment.

The masterplanning strategy of designing the new housing within the land to the sides of the Main House has allowed The House to retain its grandeur & rigour whilst the new housing has been sympathetically laid out in conjunction with a landscaping & planting scheme to ensure that the historical and horticultural richness of Coodham Estate is protected and enhanced.
